When payment is received we will schedule a date for your steer to be naturally harvested.

Once your steer has been harvested, you can then order the cuts you prefer. Payment and pickup of cuts can are direct to the processing facility. We currently use Prem Meats in Spring Green WI

Let us know if you prefer to purchase by share or pay in full

1.) purchase on a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) share basis. Minimum deposit required (nonrefundable) with monthly installments until steer is harvested.

2.) paid in full purchase for a whole, half or quarter.
